At the ChopHouse, we pride ourselves on delivering a best-in-class experience to each and every guest. All of our steaks are dry-aged for 28 days prior to being served. Through this process, our high-quality cuts of Certified Angus Beef are stored in a climate-controlled environment where they undergo natural changes leading to optimal tenderness and flavor.
